    Human Resources Coordinator

    HRC Marisa has been with the District since August 2013 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure. Marisa's primary responsibilities include benefits administration, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) management, workers compensation, and employee relations.

    Human Resources Assistant

    HRA Jeannie is the longest tenured Human Resources department employee and has been with the District since August 2003 where she has worked in various departments before eventually landing her current role within Human Resources. Jeannie's primary responsibilities include required tracking, finalizing onboarding, maintaining records, volunteers, and employee badges. She is also the proud mother of three Westerly High School graduates.

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Donna joined the Human Resources Department when school resumed in-person learning in 2020. She brings several years of full-cycle recruiting, local and federal law compliance, and organizational experience in both the private and public sector. Donna's primary responsibilities include all things new hires: recruiting and hiring, verifying qualifications and compliance, and employee onboarding. Donna has done extensive work expanding candidate and employee experience and assists in general compliance and relations.
